I received this two days after ordering. Our toilets have had issues for a long time with the drains so when I seen this I had to have it. It says to put 1 packet but I put two in mine. I flushed 1 packets then left 1 setting in the toilet then flushed it 30/45min later. And to my surprise for a natural solution it truly works and our toilets have not had a issue with backing up and getting clogged since. I truly am surprised that this worked as well as it did.
