I must say this 13 piece knife set is truly one of a kind and a must have for any grandma, mom, dad, grandpa or anyone who cooks. The block is simply smooth all the way around. The knifes are extremely sharp and extremely nice all the way around. The knifes are made extremely well and can handle anything you come across in you kitchen.
