I received this two days after ordering. This is a set of 2 LED motion censer lights. It comes with the screws you need to install these. You do not need to plug these in at all they have a batteries in then that charge with sun light. These are super bright and perfect for dark areas. I live in a very dark state so I needed these. l use this to keep wild animals away and for my dogs because one is scared of the dark. I received this for free for testing and in exchange for my honest unbiased review.
