I received this a week after ordering. This comes with 2 knee sleeves. But it is not really good for anything above that. It fits very snuggly. It does not move up or down but stays in place like it is spouse to. It is extremely soft. However it does have a seem that runs down it that can easily be fixed by turning it to there the seem is on top of your leg. I received this for free for my honest unbiased review.
