I have to say this is a extremely well made Bluetooth wireless headset. This headset comes with two pieces that you attach to the ear piece so it stays on your ear and does not fall off. You attach the clear piece to the ear piece and slide it over your ear and it stays in place so there is no need to shove it into your ear. It is super easy to connect via bluetooth. All you have to do to connect it via bluetooth is press and hold the power/multi function button for about 2 seconds and it will beep and after that all you have to do is search for available devices. You can listen to music on it as well. You can reject calls by simply just holding the multifunction button for about 2 seconds. This is a great buy for someone looking for a new headset. I received this for free for testing purposes and in exchange for my honest unbiased.
